Season
The New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance will conduct three public hearings in July to provide for comment on the 2008-2009 New York State Draft Plan for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). Hearings will be conducted in Syracuse, New York City and Albany and at the times listed below
